First Lecture

The dreaded Unit X has begun! First lecture was quite confusing as we got bombarded with information about venues, collaborations, meetings and workshops on offer. It all seems very hectic but I am very excited to get started! Working in a group could be quite tricky but I am looking forward to going through the process of bouncing ideas off each other in order to improve own practice. The brief for this project is 175 as 2013 marks the 175th Anniversary of Manchester Art School. For homework, we are told to put this figure into action and give it some kind of meaning.
